Our Journey

Facility Founders began with the vision and drive of founder Ian Inman, a former U.S. Army Staff Sergeant who led teams in Africa and Afghanistan before being medically retired from service. During his transition out of the military, Ian built his first sports club and grew it into a multi–seven-figure portfolio. Recognizing the need for a company that could take clients from concept to completion, Ian brought together a team of experienced builders, business strategists, funding specialists, and industry veterans who share his commitment to excellence. Together, the Facility Founders team has helped government agencies, commercial developers, and sports entrepreneurs across the country design, fund, build, and operate high-performance sports, fitness, and recreation facilities. Our collective expertise allows us to create spaces that strengthen communities, elevate athletic performance, and help our clients achieve lasting success.
